Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the inside of the dust collector through inlet 1, is filtered by filter element 2, and is discharged through outlet 5. The filtered dust is collected and processed through the ash discharge port 3 due to gravity.

When pulse cleaning the filter cartridge

As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge, the pressure difference inside and outside the cartridge increases. To ensure dust removal effectiveness, surface cleaning of the cartridge is required: using a compressed air pulse backblow method, with a Venturi backblowing dust cleaning structure.

There are three dust cleaning methods:

  • Differential pressure cleaning - pressure difference inside and outside the cartridge
  • Timed cleaning - based on time
  • Cleaning after shutdown - to protect the cartridge.
