Overview
The whole system is modular, which allows installation of any station as a stand-alone unit, with an opportunity to upgrade or expand with any other module at a later stage. The bag dumping station can be upgraded with fully automated bag de-palletizing and paper and plastic waste evacuation, so that the entire system can be fully automated to increase throughput and reduce labour costs. Among other benefits, hygienic powder dumping prior to blending or mixing reduces the need for heat treatment of the end product, improves taste features and cuts process costs.

Powder dumping design
The powder dumping design is suitable for vacuum or positive-pressure powder transport and is compliant with hygiene standards and dust explosion regulations. It can be operated by 1 or 2 persons and can process up to 3 bags per minute. The design fully eliminates powder contamination, as well as handling of hand knives. The dual start button assures that hands are kept away from the automated bag cutters, thus enhancing personnel safety.
Dust emission is minimal as the system is equipped with integrated dust extraction. Recycling of separated paper and plastic waste evacuation enables environmentally friendly recycling.
